Description: An older man who wears skinny pants and wears a black and green robe with the hood down, he is not a threatening figure. His black hair is lengthy. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his silver eyes.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Chem was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. After a long history of fighting, Norkruuth and his spouse have recently divorced.
