Description: This exceptionally lanky man very much looks the part of a Guard. His hair is always cut to a buzz. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Born in the north to a Guard, Delg learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Guard for hire.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: This slender man stands about 6'3". He wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. He wears a colorful flower in his bronze crest. His red eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Heskan is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Heskan hails from a village terrorized by orcs. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of orcs.

Description: This tall, slender man wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. His long auburn hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and he wants revenge against gnolls

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Born in the south to a Stylist, Oskar learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He tends to his Stylist job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average woman, she is not imposing. She is renowned for her bright grey dresses and hats. Her red hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. She has amber eyes and a grey hat with a blue feather.

Personality: She has always had a great fascination with Halfling culture. She is very protective of her business, her home, and her spouse. She is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: When she was but 7 years old her parents immigrated from the north. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the north; and she desires power and/or immortality
