His left hand appears badly burned and disfigured. Sporting a red mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Simon was born with his mother's beautiful face. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
