History: Varis was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Through the years after Ghaliver was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west.
