He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He tends to his Herbalist job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Her mother worked until she suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. She had to support her now crippled mother and took her mother's old job. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found.
