When Patrin reached his early adolescence his Dragonborn mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Aust took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up crossbow and armor he uses now. After a long history of fighting, Aust and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Gimgen was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
