Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his father's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered brigands who tried to eat his hand. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She takes great pride in her work and is very well organized. Her planner is full of calendar events.

History: Jane lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She moved out south to avoid the crime she committed. Being a Bellfounder kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Banker arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.
