History: Paela was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. The gnolls captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
