Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. After a long history of fighting, Millicent and her spouse have recently divorced.
