Personality: John is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: John lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: She hates drow. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Dilettante hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Personality: She is cool and collected. She likes to make quips and puns whenever she does anything. She also makes a point to compliment her superiors and flatter them. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: When she was but 7 years old her parents immigrated from the south. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Orcs in the south were limited. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: Regain custody of her son; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion

History: Born in the south to a Layabout, Greethen learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Greethen was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and expand his business
