Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Fortune-teller. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
