History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when he was still a young child. History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. At some point she was captured by orcs and was tortured. After several years of this she finally managed to escape. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Map Maker they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Mortician, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Mortician and was forced into it by her family; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
