History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. Hagren was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the orcs.

Personality: Birel is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Birel grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Birel. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: She is envious of other's things. She hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that she so desires. Vadania enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Gifted from a young age, Vadania studied abroad. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She was granted druidic powers by her dying brother.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion; and doesn't want to be a unemployed and was forced into it by her family

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and retire the richest man in the north
