Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills.
