History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Kite was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes orcs are coming to abduct people. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it; and retire the richest man in the east

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Bellfounder hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: She was raised in a desert tribe. Her first spouse was a Shipwright, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day; and she is terrified, and will act out of fear
