History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Avelina was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her mother. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

History: He was born in the north. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the north were limited. He now mingles about in high society.

A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs
