Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his music with anyone who is interested.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Fabien was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His first spouse was a Soapmaker, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Soapmaker they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Slave Trader, and he later adopted a second son.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He takes great joy in being the best Engraver in town.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He's also a talented Tailor, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Expand his business; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Personality: She goes out her way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one she won't accept into her heart. A true patriot, Syllin would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Syllin was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. She tends to her Bookbinder job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears silk and lounges about seductively. His black hair is braided into rings. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his red eyes.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Unemployed arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: To protect his home; and his religion dominates his actions
