History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Through the years after Elegant was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Elegant's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Adventurer they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Shoemaker, and he later adopted a second son.
