History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Her childhood dream was to be a Guard, but she was a colossal failure. She's also a talented Guard, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: She loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. She is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

History: She was born at the edge of vast forest. Her father took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Dragonborn activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dragonborn doctor. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Dragonborn people.
