She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Through the years after Pogranix was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Pogranix's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.
