Personality: Rurik speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Dragonborn activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dragonborn doctor. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Tanner.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: He was born in a small mountains village. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
