Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep black leather and dull brown iron scale mail. He has dyed his greying blue hair a little too much giving a sharp blue color. His gold eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He is harsh and unforgiving.
History: Born in the west to a Layabout, Fenriz learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Layabout.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Layabout responsibilities is difficult; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: 3'2" and muscular, this northern woman is dressed in earthy colors with a tan and pastel handkerchief worn on her right side. Her auburn hair is long and unkept. She tend to wears goggles to shield her eyes.
Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Siffress liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature club.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and obtaining odd cultural gnomish artifacts is her passion

Description: She is an attractive woman, lean and moderately muscular. She prefers to wear tan clothing when she does not wear armor. She wears a top hat to cover her moderate length white hair. Her amber eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: She is curt in most of her responses. She prefers to keep her word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. She passes on several rewards to people in need. She makes a point to leave places better than she found them.
History: She was born in a small island village. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a old dungeon. She would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Shanairla took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up bow and armor she uses now. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: Money/treasure; and retire the richest woman in the north

Description: He prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs, and carries daggers. His golden hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines blue.
Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: Dench was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He tends to his Sellsword job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: A 5'2" northern woman, she likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. Her hair is always cut to a buzz. She is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: She is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as she rather likes the sound of her voice. Her demeanor is somewhat feminine. She is stubborn though. She always likes to keep a trick up her sleeve. She likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if she feels she even has a chance of losing.
History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with her Mayor mother left her crippled. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help.
