History: Malquis lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A gifted student she started as a Cartwright, but she got bored and became a Guard. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 14 years.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Half-Elven artifacts is his passion; and he wants to meet his childhood hero
