History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: She considers herself a woman of culture and sophistication. She likes a good challenge to her wits. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her mother.

History: Born in the east to a Guard, Helja learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. A freak accident while working with her Tanner mother left her crippled. She struck the Guard job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: Marry her sister to traveling adventurers; and nothing but the best is good enough for her

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Puyet embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Orcs. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the east; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

History: Gifted from a young age, Naal studied abroad. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Description: Runty and weak-looking, she is dressed in a clean tan cloak covering her clean studded leather. With wild silver hair. Her hazel eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.

History: Carlin was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Map Maker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Wants her loneliness to end.
