History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Carter for hire.

She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.
