He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Through the years after Charles was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Charles's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
