Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: Expand his business; and sabotage a competitor

Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
