History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when she was still a young child. The gnolls captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.

History: Lavinia was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gifted student she started as a Miner, but she got bored and became a Mayor. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Mayor.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He is typically in his Layabout uniform. His black hair is heavily combed to the right. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are green.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Layabout work with an outfit from a few towns over. Layabout work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He's also a talented Shoemaker, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

History: She got into the Mason business at a young age. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg
