Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. His black hair is matted, messy, and big. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Mûg embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Orcs. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He is greedy; and to share knowledge with the world

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears a brown vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His grey leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his brown boots flare out at the collars. His red hair is unkempt and raggedy. His ears are large.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Dwarf in existence. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Rangrim was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. In his 18th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Description: She is dressed in earthy colors with a red and pastel handkerchief worn on her right side, and she perpetually has her mace ready. Her black hair is singed and shortened. Her hazel eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: She can speak with the recently deceased. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Ostracized due to the martial powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Expand her business; and balancing her hectic life and new adventurer responsibilities is difficult

Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He wears a robe, a symbol of the sun god around his neck, and a pickaxe on his belt. He has done his best to style his rusty crest to look like a famous performer. His ears are large.

Personality: He is a Server first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Dragonborns in the east were limited. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gorbundus fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it

Description: This malnourished man wears a blue vest and prefers white and brown shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His moppish silver hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His gray eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of gnolls once and for all.

History: Thervan was born the youngest of three triplets. His first spouse was a Fisher, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it
