His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His black hair is smooth and relatively long. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. Through the years after Vanuath was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Vanuath's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and someone believes him a fraud

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She has dedicated herself to building a better village for her children.
