History: Born to a Seamstress, his mother struggled to pay the bills. Percival was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Gnomish companion (his 'brother'). He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and balancing his hectic life and new bounty hunter responsibilities is difficult
