History: He comes from a rich eastern family. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Zepar has worked very hard to control his curse. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. His first spouse was a Assassin, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Assassin they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Unemployed, and he later adopted a second daughter.
