History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Through the years after Meriele was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Meriele's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Description: This woman is bedraggled and starved. She wears dull blue sweaters, loose brown pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath her sweater she keeps a concealed monstrous two handed axe, just in case. She has dyed her greying chestnut hair a little too much giving a sharp chestnut color. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines violet.

Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Jarsali fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Jaxi hails from a village terrorized by illithids. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: Revenge; and someone believes her a fraud
