History: Born to a Tanner, her father struggled to pay the bills. Her father was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Quick fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: She is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Gnomish activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Gnomish doctor. She now mingles about in high society.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Her mother was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Like her father and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Mortician. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 6 years.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of dire rats.
