History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. She found a children's book about a Halfling Adept who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She bought a trident and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he desires power and/or immortality

His mother taught him the rudiments of the Bather arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. After a long history of fighting, Bertram and his spouse have recently divorced.
