History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Knight. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

History: Jade was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He dropped out of school to support his sick mother, and resented it. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. She will do just about anything if she becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this she is easily convinced.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg.

Description: This southern woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She wears a grey cloak and cross-gartered tan stockings. Her hair is auburn and very short. She wears a mask on her face.

Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Emeny hails from a village terrorized by giants. Her parents were killed by giants in a raid when she was still a young child. The giants captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Emeny fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Many giants want her driven away.
