History: Phelaia was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job; and wants to open a new tavern
