History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his poetry with anyone who is interested.

History: Valafar was born the youngest of three triplets. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

History: Roondar hails from a village terrorized by illithids. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his mother's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered illithids who tried to eat his hand. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
