Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Wiggan's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. The war was a terrible time for him, and Wiggan does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Personality: She is highly sensitive about her name. She loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: She comes from a rich southern family. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Half-Orcs became a terror of the countryside. She was granted psionic powers by her dying sister.

History: Born in the west to a Carter, Eva learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She now owns her own business.
