History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He found a children's book about a Dwarf Warlock who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. During his travels, Dain and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Dain discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Dain fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He moved out north to avoid the crime he committed. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A gifted student she started as a Spice Merchant, but she got bored and became a Animal Trainer. She struck the Animal Trainer job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and to pay off her debts
