Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. Her philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the east were limited. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Interpreter they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Sailor, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Trail is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: She comes from a rich western family. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Tabaxi conditions. She now mingles about in high society.
