History: Zephan was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Junk Dealer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His childhood dream was to be a Layabout, but he was a colossal failure. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. A freak accident while working with his Engraver mother left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A gifted student she started as a Blacksmith, but she got bored and became a Jeweler. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
