History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Rathkran alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. Rathkran was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the orcs.

She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Interpreter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

History: He was born at the edge of vast forest. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
