Personality: She has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Miner who has hired her part-time. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Miner but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. River took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up shortspear and armor she uses now. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.

Her white hair is thinning but still full. Her eyes are red and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: She is curt in most of her responses. She prefers to keep her word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes drow are coming to abduct people. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with music. She constantly tries to fill her life with music. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: When she was but 3 years old her parents immigrated from the north. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She has never given up on her music dream.
