Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. A freak accident while working with his Unemployed mother left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Description: She is a husky woman, who dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over her head. Her tied-back hair is silver. Her gray eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Knight hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and her religion dominates her actions

Her auburn hair is greasy and uncared for. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her father.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. While she appears to be a normal Gnome, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the east; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His silver hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His hazel eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he feels threatened by others

Description: She is a paragon of her species. She is larger and stronger than most Humans. Her skin is light but she possesses many green ritualistic tattoos. She does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when she can avoid it. She wears a top hat to hide her balding. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: Calm and collected, she is a well trained Tailor. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: She comes from a rich northern family. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: Expand her business.
