History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Gerbo was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gerbo fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: She was born in a small mountains village. When Rose reached her early adolescence her Halfling mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and she made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it
