History: She was raised in a forest tribe. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Orcs in the south were limited. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Aldous fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He found a children's book about a Halfling Ranger who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help.
