History: Trag lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Half-Orc conditions. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her mother. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the north were limited. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: She wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and to share knowledge with the world

Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Cask grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Cask. She has worked as a Mason like her father before her.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job; and her religion dominates her actions

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the south. Shag was born on a far southern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Architect. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He's also a talented Guard, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
