Description: His right side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His hair, while still mostly chestnut, has prominent grey streaks. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.
History: Born in the west to a Shepherd, Bilbron learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Shepherd for the past few years.
Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: He is renowned for his bright green suits and hats. He has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. He wears a colorful flower in his black crest. He has a tattooed face.
Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, illithids burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying north to reunite his family. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and many illithids want him driven away

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. He wears his silver hair up in a very large beehive style do. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are amber.
Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Naill was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Naill decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Description: She is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers her face most of the time, but does not cut a very imposing figure. She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 5'8" when asserting herself. Her white hair, when down, is lengthy. Her ears are large.
Personality: She likes to be helpful to her clients. She likes to prescribe proper advice to her clients. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.
History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Doctor work with an outfit from a few towns over. Doctor work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Doctor.
