History: A powerful necromancer made her what she is. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

History: Wella was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gifted student she started as a Slave Trader, but she got bored and became a Soapmaker. She tends to her Soapmaker job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Edge was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Bard, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Bard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She found a children's book about a Tabaxi Bard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero.
